Q:
I can't access my FTP
A: A lot of our
clients report they cannot access FTP, there ftp
client software wont connect or reports a "Cannot
Retrieve Directory" error. Our firewalls and
switches are set to the highest standard of security
and therefore we do not support "Passive (PASV) mode
file transfer, you must set your FTP client to
ACTIVE file transfer mode, please refer to your FTP
client manual for these settings.
